Q1: How do I register as a member?
A: Please visit our official website and click "SING UP" to fill out the registration form. By giving us your details, purchasing in EgoFable will be faster and an enjoyable experience.


Q2: Can I place orders if I am not a member?

A: Yes, you can. You can still place orders in Bonny & Read, but you can not track your order status at the moment. So we strongly recommend you to join our membership.

Q3: Can I register as a member after purchasing?

A: Yes, After placing an order, you will receive two emails from EgoFable and Shopline.

1. From EgoFable is an order confirmation, you will see "Thanks for your purchases #...... (Your PO number) - Your order has been processing.

2. You can register from Shopline's email, which you will see "Please set up your account password". Click on Shopline websites and follow the instructions and you can register as a member.

Q4: How do I contact EgoFable?

Q5: How long does standard delivery take?
A: Standard orders should be delivered within 4 to 10 business days following order confirmation.

     During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

     * Except Islands, mountains and rural areas


Q6: Are out-of-stock items restocked?
A: If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
 

Q7: What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?A: If the product is defective or sent incorrectly, please contact the customer service within 3 days after receiving the product to apply for return.

Q9: Any handling charge for credit cards payment?

A: It depends on the system you use.

1. ECPay: No handling charge.

2. PayPal: No handling charge for NTD payments in Taiwan. Overseas orders or non-NTD payments will have 6% handling charges.
