    作者是德國資深華德福師訓老師(Catherine Van Alphen)，她在四年級主課程教學單元，一開始便申明，授課目標是為了建立一個 "在大自然中的每一個生物都可以被發現到在人類身上的某些特質" 這樣的圖像。人類就好似一個完整資料的集合或匯聚，以某種轉變的方式包含了每一個生物的特質。

    這是一本完全不同於以往我們所接受過的動物與自然課程內容，看過後，相信大家會突然打開眼睛，看見平時沒去注意的自然生物。
